Guess what! It's literally The News! This afternoon, I had the opportunity to share my story with Lindsay Buckingham with WKYC Cleveland News! How fun is that! She is the cutest, sweetest, and most personable person and I loved talking with her!
Backstory...A friend of mine showed my activation video to one of her friends who is on staff with WKYC and he asked if he could pitch the idea to interview Joesph and I as a positive news segment. My friend then text me the next morning after showing it to him and asked if I would be open to it. Me, "Oh geesh...I guess so! Sure!" Fast forward to me right before interviewing, "Why in the heck did I say, yes?!?" Anyone else do that? I think it went well! Joseph said it did, but he's supposed to tell me that:)
It's only gonna be a blurb...like 2 minutes, but I truly hope it brings encouragement and joy to those who see it especially in times like right now where people need a glimpse of hope. Sometimes sharing our experiences help us to see life through a different lense and it encourages us to keep going and change could be right around the corner. I'll keep you posted when it airs, but as of now, it was just fun having the opportunity to share this amazing experience and life change. Grateful.
